Mainwaring wifi

Hi my wifi speed is only 10 mbs. I have been on the phone to sky. But got cut off. He said there is a fault with the fibre optics. When will this get fixed please?

@Bonzo034  We are customer so have no access to any accounts, we can't tell you when it will be fixed.

 

Have they booked an engineer?   

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
