Mail wrong connection cable

l received the hub from Sky,the accessories are one power cable and one cable with both yellow plug ends,missing the cable with the purple plug end.l tried to contact Sky for help, they needed me to enter last4 digits of my ID,l don't know what it is,so I entered the last 4 digits of my account no. ,they told me it was wrong. So, how can I get in touch with Sky and send me back the right cable!Thx!

@Kun2 if you need a cable to connect to a phone socket as you still have a partial fibre service you can buy one at any hardware store etc just look for a DSL cable with rj11 connectors.

Thank you, you seem to be right, because in the video tutorial of Sky, it teaches to use purple, but they didn't send me purple. I don't understand this thing at all.

@Kun2 Did you solve it with the exact parts that sky had sent you? And if you did, was it just the instruction label in the box that did not show you the right way to follow and connect?
