Macafee antivirus protection

Good afternoon.

I wished to activate your free offer for getting Macfee virus protection  when you are a Sky member, but have noticed that your having IT problems in having this offer active for over a few weeks now.

Is this going to last much longer or are you offering paid members another free anti virus similar to Macafee?

I'd appreciate your comments as i have a new HP laptop and want to upload this Macafee free offer soon as possible.

Kind Regards

Ronnie Love

@Ronnie+Love

We are all Sky customers here.

Sky no longer offers Macfee to use customers now and haven't done so for a number of years now so you would need to either go direct to Macfee or use an alternative.

McAfee has undercut the sky subscription if you do it online :-

As above that offer doesn't exist anymore. If you are paying for it then you'd need to contact sky to cancel and then sign up directly thru mcafee

Why? The Sky/McAfee promotion hasn't been running for several years, and there should be no current Sky advertising which mentions it.

If you've got one of the millions of Windows computers distributed with pre-installed McAfee 'trial' software, this has no relationship with a Sky Broadband subscription, and is the choice of the PC vendor.

@Dalv Any 3rd party software you might choose to install on your devices is down to you, not your broadband provider. As others have said already, this promotion has long ended now...
