MAP-T IPv4 conflicts on various devices

Over the last number of days, having had no issues at all since switching to Gigafast FTTP months ago, we have seen our service nose dive into complete dysfunction. Simultaneously, multiple PlayStations on one Sky Max Hub, an Xbox and Mac and Win11 machines utilising work VPN's are all experiencing various levels of service degredation/connectivity consistency and timeouts/problems logging in to service services and/or PSN overnight.

 

With UPnP enabled (and 1:1 MAP-T ratio), forced 5ghz, wifi & over ethernet (doesn't seem to matter) and no double NAT, MTU set to 1450 (tried 1473 also) simultaneous online gaming  produces repeatable NAT failure/matchmaking issues, hangs, failed log in’s, drop outs and disconnects. We've attempted Manual IPv4 config; WPS setup; manual set up; custom (google & cloudflare)/auto-assigned DNS - with the ultimate insult that, when switching to a mobile hotspot (for testing), there is no issue - all devices behave normally.

 

I have spoken to Sky technical help on 3 separate occasions who have confirmed either there is ultimately no issue as we have internet connectivity, or walked us through various levels of troubleshooting to no avail, with the summarisation in some cases that the internet is being served, so there is no problem (untrue).

 

Please can someone confirm as to whether it's at all possible to apply a MAP‑T Disable Profile rather than MAP‑T 8:1 or 1:1, so the connection uses standard dual-stack/public IPv4 handling. I cannot maintain a consistent level of performance when using with authenticated online services (Teams, Epic Server, other authenticated game servers). Thousands of pounds worth of equipment that just cannot be used currenlty, and I'm getting absolutely no where with a resolution.
