I contracted the internet service from Sky and you installed the modem in the kitchen, I want the modem in the living room, my TV and my computer were in the living room, why would you please move it to the living room or I will cancel the service?
We are customers here like you. Did you, or the responsible adult' you left at the address, not ask the engineer why it was put where it was placed?
