@Lucyarthur  No one can or will call you for a number of reasons.

 

This is a customer customer community.

 

No one at Sky would know who you are from your community login.

 

Expecting a call at this time of the night is very unrealistic.

 

Perhaps if you explained more clearly what the issue is the community may be able to help.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
