Idnternet has gone extremely slow

Hi the Internet and WiFi in general has gone that slow the phones have disconnected and switched to mobile data because the WiFi is that bad . But i run a check on here and it says good . I run a wored and wireless ookla test and the wired is coming in 32 mbs and 28 on wireless . That can't be a coincidence at the same time
