Low wifi and problems with connections

My wifi connection in my home office has been weak for the last week. This is causing disruption to my work on Teams and I have had to switch my clients from Teams videoing to telephone on a number of ocasions was is far from acceptable. I pay to have the full fibre and an extra hub to ensure I do not run into these types of problems.

Can someone look into why this is happening and get the issues resolved as it is affecting my ability to work effectively with my clients.

Thanks

Perhaps as you've cancelled your Community name you've resolved this already.

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

It sounds like you're using Sky broadband for business purposes. Remember that Sky broadband being discussed on here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it they won't receive additional or quicker support.
