Hi @Jevgenija123

Where are you getting this speed figure from? The Sky line test or a 3rd party tester? If a 3rd party tester is the device connected via WiFi or ethernet?

Hi @Jevgenija123

Your minimum speed is guaranteed over ethernet, not WiFi. WiFi speeds can fluctuate constantly and the 100mbps you are seeing is way over any WiFi guarantees that Sky have,

@Jevgenija123 What does the service checker say you are getting for the 30 day history!

Re: Low speed

This is what I have found:

Problem with your speed?

Your speed looks good, but we haven’t got info about your speed for the last 30 days. Don’t worry it doesn’t mean there’s a problem, we just haven’t been able to check if we’ve met your Speed Guarantee.

Re: Low speed

@Jevgenija123 Which sky Hub do you have on the connection! All you can do now is an Ethernet test to check!
