My broadband speed is 80mbps instead of 400 for over 25 days

@Lhana Is it the service checker tool that is showing you the 80Mb/s all the way, it has been off and reported that way, but also said speed has been reported low to the device via the sky Hub, if that is what you are finding, will be a call to sky!
