Low speed

I've just had this installed and I'm getting speeds between 30-50mbps download speed instead of 400+. Ive just been passed around an automated service which has taken 30 minutes of my time only to lose connection. Hoping this will be resolved quickly

Those speeds are entirely plausible over WiFi: 'Ultrafast' is measured to the router.
