Low download speed

Hi all,

 

I have had intent issues last 2 weeks. I have got fibre optic and have called sky a few times have done the usual unplug and wait and reset and I have had open reach come and do a line check with them saying all is fine. He came in and done a speed test with the internet and could see it was low 70mbs down from 200ish. He said the router might be an issue. Have called sky again and received a new router and plugged it in but still no change.

Can you please post a screenshot of a speedtest taken on an ethernet connected device via speedtest.net
