Low broadband speeds

Hello my broadband speeds are currently significantly lower than the agreed upon speeds, I believe this has been an issue for a while and hope this will be rectified, I will be monitoring this daily to ensure it doesn't continue to stay below the guaranteed speeds on offer when I purchased said package.
