Low Internet speed

We have tested our broadband it is working okay but our speed is not meeting its usual strength so we have been unable to use it for certain things like gaming and accessing Apps, it has been like this now for 48 hours, I would like this investigated as something is clearly wrong.

@DE32 If the connection test still isn't working for you then you will have to call Sky to report the issue, the forum is a customer to customer support platform.

@DE32 The contact on the Forum is customer help and you are not contacting sky, so they will not contact you or investigate. Run the diagnostics yourself to see if it finds any issue.
