Our broadband connection constantly drops on all devices throughout the day it's been going on about a week.I rang for help and they suggested removing fairy lights tinsel foil decorations and to check the location of the hub and do a reset. I have done all those things and it's made absolutely no difference. Need some help to sort this as soon as possible. .
