Lost connection

My Sky Q keeps losing connect to my broadband 

 

all other devices stay connected ok.

@Steven119 Just started happening, any other change like you did a sky hub swap from the black hub to the white hub?

Been happening for a couple of weeks now. 
no "Home" page on my sky q and lost connection.

@Steven119 So if nothing else was relevant from what i posted hub wise, you have to look at the sky Q since that is the only one dropping off! Is the Q wireless or wired to the sky Hub?

It's wireless. 

I have tried a wired connection now but no difference. 

I've managed to connect now by unplugging my Q box for 5 minutes.

@Steven119 Kind off pointing towards the Q then having tried both the wireless/wired methods, the old sky Q and the Black Sky Broadband Hub or the even older sky Q hub just worked away happily with each other. So looking like you may have to call sky for the replacement Q box!

@Steven119 May be worth taking a look on the sky Q part off the Forum just incase there is anything there also with similar type symptoms with the connection loss!
