Hi guys,
Please can someone help?
I have just moved home. Broadband engineer got me up and running on Tuesday! I had 117 x TV channels through Freeview with internet. Lost Sky News channel. Did a retune, now only have 83 x channels. Can access iplayer and internet on phone. 😞

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Chezb123 given Freeview is normally received over your TV aerial rather than via your new broadband service. There have been a number of changes to Freeview recently which has meant frequencies have changed and channels moved from one multiplx to another. Suggest you ask your question on a forum dealing with Freeview issues?. Digital Spy forums are quite good.

Is this standard freeview via the tv or box of freeview play who are looking looking to roll out ip failback which means eventually all freeview play tv's/boxes will be able to broadcast all tv channels via internet where a local transmitter doesn't broadcast them all
I would advise you to contact freeview directly
