Hi,
Last Thursday, at about 10:30pm our WiFi went off. I tried restarting hub but nothing helped. It did come back on of its accord during the night. On Friday evening it went off again, came back on Saturday morning and went off again at 2pm Saturday. It came back on at 5pm and off again at 10 all the way through Sunday and until this morning. Off again now. It seems to have coninsided with my new neighbour, who's had sky broadband last week. I've just asked her and she has no problems. We live in terrace cottages, routers will be within feet of one another. Very thin walls. I have an engineer booked but any advice help appreciated. I've just reset the router on advice from sky but now I only have two lights coming on.

Is this a Sky Max setup? If so, then Sky Max has methods to detect radar and may detect the neighbour's wireless as being radar incorrectly on a DFS channel when it is just a normal wireless signal.
Normal wireless signals are permitted to share the same channels of the necessary width on a DFS channel.
Sky Max must move or turn off the wireless channel on a DFS channel as wireless is secondary on the 5GHz DFS channels when it detects radar, unfortunately, it seems it not differentiating radar from wireless.

I'd report your outages as a fault.
