Loss of connection

I'm experiencing repeated drop in my connection for Sky Glass. I'm constantly resetting/restarting and it's getting beyond a joke now. This has been ongoing for a considerable amount of time. I'm paying for something that isn't up to scratch. Please advise of my options. Thanks.
