I had my hub fitted on the 13th of September and several times my Sky TV has frozen and my phone keeps saying hi internet usage as it cannot connect to the router. The engineer that installed the box installed it right at the front of a very long thin bungalow I did say to him that I didn't really want it at the front of the bungalow as I've had connection issues with Virgin now this is happened straight away with my Sky Broadband please can you contact me to help resolve this problem
