Re: Losing my broadband
I'm sending this photo to show the green lights on when it's okay but for several months I keep losing the two outer lights they change to amber it's inconvenient but it's now getting worse I've seen it do it three times already
its frustrating

Re: Losing my broadband
@trevor102 this page explains what the lights mean https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
It would be very unusual for the power button not to show green do you by any chance mean the second light from the left? Thst is the light that shows if the hub is connecred to the exchange. Some partial fibre lines will drop occasionally which is annoying but is a fact of life unfortunately. Openreach will only intervene if the automatic systems cannot stabilise the line withiut dropping the speed below the guarantee or drops go over 10 a day. Full fibre lines can also drop but it is far rarer.
