Every night usually between 16.30 and 20.00 my laptop keeps losing connection to the internet. Can't get any work done. Performed all tests and no issues. Too many users at this time of night. Please improve this SKY.

@Anonymous Is it only the laptop that is having loss of connection? What about other devices connected to your internet are they also seeing loss of service?

Yes just the laptop. I'm on Google Drive trying to update spreadsheets but it keeps pausing for a few seconds up to 10 mins with notices saying 'trying to reconnect'. thanks
