Yes, it's fine in the rest of the house.

Re: Losing WiFi in conservatory
@Richard300 If you are losing the wireless wi-fi signal in an area, then you will need to boost the signal from the Hub to cover the missing area!

Re: Losing WiFi in conservatory
Exactly what @JimM1 said. You should ask him how he boost the Wi-Fi signal around the house and give a few suggestion.
And I don't mean Sky Wi-Fi max boosters 😊

Re: Losing WiFi in conservatory
I have sky glass which relies on internet for streaming and sky internet, had EE before never had a problem since moving over to Sky broadband can't even watch tv upstairs as connection is shocking, sky sent me a booster which still hasn't solved the problem

Re: Losing WiFi in conservatory
@Richard300 Do you still have the old sky Hub, the SR203 that looks exactly the same shape as your Max but is black in colour and will work if you put it back on, with the sky Max hub that you have now, you are going to need to get a pod from sky to cover the area required. To get one you are going to have to do the call to sky, go through the remote testing and see what sky say, there is NO other way to do it. See the link below but 150 from a connected landline phone is for sure the best way to speak to a body, and early like now is the better time!
