Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Linton_A You can use a mobile connection to run the connection test in the My Sky app to see if thst tells you there is a known fault affecting your line. If it doesnt give Sky a call as the ONT is not receiving any signal from the exchange.
