Unable get hold of Sky, thinking of using cooling off period to cancel, suspect damage cable in installation

Hi thanks for reply's the Issue was actually Skys end because the all area had the same problem even though the Sky app said no known issues.

@Gersdoyle Does not matter what you do, OR or CF whoever you have will still need to fix the problem if it is Fibre light related!

@Gersdoyle Have you tried just calling them? or any off the other social media outlet's in the help!

@Gersdoyle It's always a tricky one, new install the lights are all to do with OR / CF ONT wise, and you are now aware just how efficient the software is NOT at getting it right! But there is nothing else out there really to help!
