Loose Telephone Cable

Hi.

Our telephone cable - pole to house to socket was replaced several years ago by openreach.

All the cable clips that faten the cable from roof to ground level have come away or mostly broken.

We have high winds generally around our home. Each time a clip breaks more cable is flapping around putting strain on the cable.

Who do we contact directly to fix it?  I gather openreach are responsible for the cable up to the socket but any contact has to go through sky.

Chatbot useless as usual.
