London HA8 Upload speeds below 1Mb and Download around 35Mb Is this Really Fibre!??

Hi,

Im based in London HA8. I have been seeing upload speeds below 1Mb and Download around 35Mb. Is this really fibre like quality!??

I require immediate support to escalate this to the 3rd line team to force reset my connection on your end. I have done all your troubleshooting steps before and monitored it for months (not weeks in previos post). If you will deny doing it I will be leaving after staying with Sky for 10+ years and I will encourage other people to do so providing alternatives.

I apologise for the tone of the messgae but I just had enough of this.

You will have to call Sky to request further investigation in to the issues you are having.
