You would need to set it up again as if it was new so go to it's network settings and have it connect to your Sky Wifi name.

Re: Linking sky broadband to smart tv
1 On your TV, navigate to and select Menu.
2 Select Settings, and then select All Settings.
3 Select Connection.
4 Select Network, and then select Reset Network.
5 You will be asked if you want to reset the network settings. Select Reset.
6 Once your network is reset, select Network Settings to set up your connection again.

Re: Linking sky broadband to smart tv
With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.

Re: Linking sky broadband to smart tv
Hi, I did this and it worked - thanks for posting.
can I put the security settings back on WPA3-T once the tv is connected or does it have to stay on WPA2 permentantly?
thanks

Re: Linking sky broadband to smart tv
Likely needs to stay on WPA2 as the TV will authenticate every time its switched on
