@Di-21 speed tests run on a device connected by wifi will often be limited by the wifi speed in your home. If you want to test the spedd Sky are delivering to your hub use a device connected by gigabit ethernet.

95Mb/s is actually ample for most apps but if you want higher speeds  move closer to the hub if practical. Thenew white hub can deliver 900Mb/s to a device that supports WiFi6 in the area nearby but speeds will drop as the signal has to pass through solid objects like walls and anything metal will bock the direct signal entirely. The denser the wall the greater the loss so if you have plasterboard partitions as internal walls you lose less signal than if you have solid brick.

To get high speed in more distant rooms you will need wifi extenders which Sky can supply as part of the WiFi Max bundle https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buy your own kit. The unreliability could be caused by wifi interference which improving thecsignal will help or a dodgy hub - the lights on the hub will show if it is rebooting - in the unlikely event it is the hub call Sky to get it swapped.
