Less than 2mb
When our WiFi was installed the engineer said there was an issue in the area and they'd get it fixed but couldn't on the day. No one has contacted us. It drops our often and has been less than 2mb all afternoon. I've tried turning off and leaving for a few minutes then turning back on. It speeds up to about 20 and then crashes again. Can you help please?
I've checked through mysky and it says all is ok. We need a quick fix and the longer term solution from what engineer said please.

Re: Less than 2mb
@Harry88 on new services it can take 10 days before Sky can really do anything about speeds as Openreach say the equipment needs time to optimise the line . However go into the service checker ans see what speed it reports to your hub. If thst is as low as 2Mb/s there is a fault which you need to speak to Sky about.
