How Do I change the SSID for both my 2.4GHZ Connection and my 5GHZ Connection?

Hi Everyone

How Do I change the SSID for both my 2.4GHZ Connection and my 5GHZ Connection? So I have a SSID for 2.4GHZ and a SSID for 5GHZ.

Ive gone into the router and its all greyed out? it says its managed automatically and I need to go into the Sky App to do it.

Ive gone into Sky App and it doesn't show anyway to do it?

Help anyone?

TIA

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@NoMercy sounds like you havecthe white Sky hub in which case you need to go into thechub's settings in the My Sky app. Use the pencil icon to edit the SSID and Password. The settings should be under Product Settings but if the Sky Max hub is missing which can happen especially if your servicecis not yet gone live you will need to call Sky to get the hub added.
