Re: Leaving sky
It's far from easy and in my recent experience it took 3 months, even though my contract had ended and another provider had taken over the service. All in all it cost me over £150 and hours online and on the phone. It's terrible 5gat this is allowed to happen

Re: Leaving sky
@Novikovs
To cancel Sky Broadband and Sky Talk the below link explains how to switch to an alternative provider or the various methods on cancelling completely.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband
If you try to cancel whilst still in a minimum term deal you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).
NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and not a TV subscription.
Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
