Wifi issues and no phone line connected.

Since having fibre installed last week. Our home WiFi connected is less reliable than be we had fibre, it disconnects and reconnects frequently and we only have 4 bars when neighbours have 5. Also I still have no phone line connection. Fibre was supposed to improve things not make them worse. Please advise when this will be resolved.

Have plug  the phone  into  the  back  of your hub ? If you are on full fibre broadband to the property then the old  phone  line will  not work and have you run a service check through  the sky website  or my sky app?

@BeverleyLee Is the phone now plugged into the back off your sky hub, but 24-4hrs is enough normally for it all to work, so you need to get onto sky about that by calling them. 2 parts to the phone outgoing and incoming calls and one may work before the other so check both parts off that!
