Hello,

So I'm leaving sky broadband for another provider soon. Do they send me packaging and a return label automatically? I've not retrieved anything yet and my switch over date is on Monday.

They should send out packaging automatically however you can also print off the returns label below and return in a suitable package . Make sure you keep the receipt with the tracking number
