Having been with Sky for over 20 years I moved my BT Broadband to Sky so everything would be on the one bill. I live in a small flat in the centre of London. The router is in the bedroom and only one prob in years with BT. But when I try to use my Iphone and iPad in the lounge it keeps cutting off the internet. They sent me a new hub (exact same as old one) but same probs. I asked for a booster and they want to charge me
£4 a month. I pay them £140 for everything per month. I am disabled and housebound but their attitude stank. So when my contract runs out in Feb I am moving to Virgin. TV, Broadband, talk and mobile (phone is paid off).
So thanks for you (mis)understanding Sky but looking forward to faster speeds and same TV and cheaper mobile deal.
I hope you'll be nicer to people in future or you'll lose more of us.
