Lease renewal time

Hi,

Ive been having erratic speed issues on FTTP and just  cooking around router.

is this normal for the lease to renew every hour?

Thats nornal however a new lease starts renewing after 1/2 an hour after the old one.  I'll just check thru to see if anything looks wrong
