Latency

Hi there,

 

So my download speeds and upload speeds are great, everything is working out fine. On my phone I can watch things, and reply to people quickly as normal. However, when it comes to gaming (on my ps5) I can't play an online game without pinging everywhere. I had 1010 MS at one stage, and typically have around 400 MS every game. It makes it unplayable and very unjoyable to go against. I have reset my wifi a few times, and I've tried resetting my PlayStation and it's always the same.

@Reidie0302How is the PS5 connected? If it is via WiFi, then it is highly unlikely to be an issue with the broadband connection itself.
