Latency and Packet Bursts
Just finished a shift at work and wanting to unwind for the evening. Experiencing packet bursts and server latency problems despite my ping being low.

How is your device connected back to the Hub?
Assuming that's optimised (preferably over ethernet cable) then realistically there's effectively nothing a user can do about ISP network routing.
