Hello, my name is Larisa Duculescu, we moved to a new house a month ago, I called for internet and had an appointment on 10-20-2022, unfortunately I was not at home, since then no one has come even though I called for a new appointment, can you help me with a new appointment for internet installation please, Thank you

@SKYHFQZ5  You would have to call to get a new date for the installation. The reason that no one turned up on the date you gave was due to strike action by Openreach.

 

When you call you will be asked if this is about Sky mobile say " No ", you will then be asked the nature of the call say " Technical ". You will then be asked for a mobile number give it if you are not already calling from your mobile, you will then be asked to hang up when you get the text " DO NOT HANG UP". You will then be asked do you wish to hang up say " No ", you will then be put into the queue to speak to an advisor.

Hello, my name is Larisa Duculescu. I also have a question: today I have an appointment for the installation of the internet, no one has come yet and I haven't received any confirmation message since I called until today, a month has passed, I can't say that it's been 2 months without internet that no one comes to meet him. I have been a customer for a year, only that I need the internet connection because I moved to a new house and I have been waiting for someone to come for 2 months.
