Landline not working since new broadband hub was installed

Got a new broadband hub installed by an Openreach engineer yesterday. Since then we've not been able to make outgoing or receive incoming calls on our landline phone. Have checked cables and connections and everything seems OK

Have you connected your phone to the back of the hub? Any new FTTP/FTTC installs have the phone going through the hub because PSTN is being switched off in 2025.
