Landline, TV

Landline dead. Smart TV cannot connect to Wi-Fi.This has been going on since August.  Was told I was going to get boosters but new router arrived instead

Firstly your three other threads on various boards have been removed to prevent duplication of replies.

 

If this has been ongoing for 4+ months what have Sky said when you've reported it again (especially the landline outage)?
