Home move

Hello 

 

"I moved from my old house to a new one. When will my new broadband arrive? How can I confirm that my order has been placed?"

@Hessa  You will have an email from Sky with the activation date, have you checked your order tracking page? https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

 

Activation is normally 10 working days after placing the home move request.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you placed the home move order either by doing it online or by calling Sky ?
