Land line down. When can I get a date for an engineer visit
Landline is down, so voice (Talk) and broadband down. Sky processes have apparently booked an OpenReach engineer.
When can I expect to get just a date for an attendance, let alone a repair?

Re: Land line down. When can I get a date for an engineer visit
Openreach aim to fix faults within 2 working days from being informed and claim to do this in 80+% of the time.
Attendance may not be necessary depending on what and where the fault is.
