Lack of WiFi connections
Hi there, recently changed over to Sky Broadband last week after being a BT customer for numerous years. I've had nothing but hell connecting devices to this Sky Max Hub. Never had an issue with my BT smart hub 2, it connected to everything, yet this hub won't connect to devices in the next room!! Are there any possible solutions, it's already becoming unbearable.

Re: Lack of WiFi connections
@Keyevns89 try changing the default WiFi security from WPA3-T to WPA2 in the hubs advanced settings in the My Sky app as some devices have issues connecting to the higher standard.
Beyond that the Max hub does seem to have range issues in some properties especially where the home has solid internal walls. Talk to Sky as they can provide extender pods as part of their WiFi Max add-on which might help.
