LOSING WIFI TO NEXT DOOR

We have recently had our broadband moved (By Sky/ BTopenreach) to another telegraph pole and ever since this we keep losing signal - by looking at Bluetooth I can see that this is because next door have gaming etc set up on the wall adjacent to where the rooter cable socket etc  now is  -  what can we do ?  we dont have enough cable to move the rooter back to the other side of the room

@Bob1946 you cannot "lose" WiFi to a next door neighbour. Their network could cause interference or as is more likely the WiFi signal strength has reduced with the location of the Sky hub. You can  reduce any effect of interference by rebooting your Sky hub but honestly it sounds like you need a WiFi extender which Sky will supply if you buy their WiFi Max package.

Re: LOSING WIFI TO NEXT DOOR

@Bob1946 Sky hubs do not have or use Bluetooth, so whatever you are looking at is not a sky hub!

@Bob1946 Bluetooth connections have nothing at all to do with Wifi or broadband, its a completely seperate technology.
