LOS flashing red

LOS light started flashing after power restoration about 5 hours ago. 
No internet connectivity..

please help .. 🥺

LOS is loss of signal: ie no light is coming down the optical fibre.  That probably indicates either an upstream fibre fault or continuing power outage elsewhere on the network.
