LOS LIGHT IS OFF

All lights except LOS is off. Why?

@Maggie97 You NEVER want to see anything lit on the LOS as it means (Loss Off Signal) and it is an alarm condition, get it lit and you will have NO broadband what so ever!

Hi @Maggie97 

This indicates a loss of light down the fibre cable which is often one of two things, the fibre cable is damaged, or there is a problem at your exchange. 

Have you tried running the line test on the My Sky app to see if it picks up a fault?
