LAN light constantly flashing and Wifi dropping

The LAN light on my Openreach hub is constantly flashing and my Wifi is dropping out so therefore, Im unable to watch TV via my Sky Stream Puck to lose Wifi connection.  Other devises such as my phone and laptop are also losing connection too, so its not just an issue with the puck.  This has been happening for almost a week now.  Could the LAN flashing be the issue?

If its the lan light on the ont and its flashing green that means that data is flowing between the ont and sky hub.

 

So long as the los is off (not red) and pon light isn' red then the ont seems ok
