Fiber activation

Engineer finally finished the installation but now I have to wait for an activation on it. Problem is, my status hasn't updated so it still says engineer cancelled and there's no activation date and I need to contact them which is impossible as all I get is a automated reply when I do phone up SKY with no easy path to an actual human so I can ask directly.

@Lamiaskull  What does it say in the automated reply to you and does it just send a text to this forum?

directs me too "tracked orders"  as it still states engineer has cancelled but I've had another come today who has finished his job

@Lamiaskull  Does sound like you need to wait till they let Sky know that the job has completed.

Estimated timeline? I have texted the engineer to ask if he can confirm job but he's not replying to texts.

@Lamiaskull  In case you're not aware, this is a customer helps customer forum, we have no access to order or acoubnts, we can't give any estimate timelimes, only Sky can do that.

 

Have you called them?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
