@Pamela3  You've posted this in the broadband forum but presume your referring to s Sky TV box?  WHich box do you have?  SkyQ, Sky stream or SKy Glass?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Try turning the stream box off at the wall at then turn it on again whilst holding down the reset button on the bottom of the box

It happened a while back to some of us superusers and thats the advice we received.  Thankfully it worked for me too.  Was watching golf at the time and pleaded to get sky whole home added so i could continue watching it just before the issue was solved👍
